Press Release Body = As part of its \"2007 Presidential election\" coverage, FRANCE 24
is launching \"The FRANCE 24 Observer\"

The entire FRANCE 24 editorial team is gearing up to offer an original and
international platform covering the 2007 French presidential election.

On Monday March 12, the new international channel\'s internet team is launching \"The
FRANCE 24 Observer\", a specific website allowing web users to discover online the
French presidential election, as seen outside of France.

This space, available on http://observer.FRANCE24.com, will be the opportunity for
foreign bloggers to give their point of view on the election using text, video or
audio contributions, both in French and in English.

This \"FRANCE 24 Observer\" platform will also provide an index of information on the
election from media sources worldwide and will allow web users to follow the
campaign using tools such as \"Net Ranking\" and \"quick poll\".

In addition, every day starting March 1st, FRANCE 24 is offering its television
viewers an original, offbeat viewpoint on the electoral campaign through its
\"CAMPAIGN CHRONICLES\". This program, broadcast every day at 7.50 am, offers an
instructive and - at times - unusual view of what is going on behind the scenes of
the campaign. This chronicle is set out to give television viewers outside France
an idea on the main issues at stake in this election.

Every Wednesday at 5.10 pm, Roselyne Febvre presents \"POLITICS\", a magazine devoted
to French political news and receives major figures in the French electoral campaign
in our studios.
Each week Roselyne Febvre invites a foreign press correspondent stationed in Paris
to join her in questioning the candidates about their views on major French and
international political issues.

Finally, also starting March 1st, Christine Ockrent will be working with FRANCE 24,
hosting a three-minute "thought of the day column" in French and in English,
broadcast on both the French and English-speaking channels. Every week, she will be
sharing her impressions on the French presidential campaign and delivering a short
report on the state of French society.
